1Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering an account with grab33, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions, grab33's Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines and policies published from time to time. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and grab33 regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior communications and proposals, whether written or verbal.

These Terms & Conditions take effect immediately upon completion of your account registration. If you are using the grab33 platform on behalf of an organisation or other entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and use the grab33 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Is an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not residing in any territory or jurisdiction where online gambling or casino activities are prohibited under the local laws applicable to you.
• Never previously been banned or removed from the grab33 platform or any related platform.
• Not currently under a voluntary self-exclusion from gambling activities.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user may only hold one registered account on the grab33 platform. Opening a new account when one already exists — whether using the same or different details — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including a valid Malaysian phone number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure. grab33 reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any time, including requesting copies of identification documents during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the grab33 support team.
• Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with another individual is strictly prohibited.
• Grab33 is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials confidential.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on grab33 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) as the sole currency. The minimum deposit is RM 10 and the minimum withdrawal is RM 30. grab33 does not charge any transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals under normal circumstances.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, for security and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance purposes. In cases where the original deposit method is no longer available, withdrawals may be processed to a verified Malaysian bank account held in your own name.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Grab33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including deposit bonuses, rebates, weekly promotions, and tournament prizes. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all grab33 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are for wagering purposes only and cannot be withdrawn directly unless the rollover requirements have been fully met.
• The rollover or wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated as a multiplier such as 10x, 20x, or 30x — meaning you must wager the bonus amount (or the combined bonus and deposit amount in some cases) that number of times before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.

Outcomes for all RNG-based games are determined by a Random Number Generator verified by independent international auditing bodies and cannot be manipulated by any party.

In the event of a system failure or technical disruption during a game session, grab33 will follow these procedures:

• For games interrupted before completion, the outcome will be determined based on the system records available at the time of the disruption.
• If the outcome of a bet cannot be determined conclusively, the wager will be refunded to the member's account.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the grab33 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with grab33.
• Money Laundering: Using the grab33 platform to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activities. grab33 fully complies with Malaysia's AML laws and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Technical Exploitation: Using automated software (bots), scanning tools, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in games that involve player-to-player interaction.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity to claim bonuses you are not entitled to.
• System Disruptions: Any attempt to access, alter, or interfere with the systems, servers, or networks associated with the grab33 platform.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Grab33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account closure requested by the member.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, grab33 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements. For valid deposit balances not linked to any fraudulent activity, grab33 will return the funds to the original deposit method once the investigation is complete. Members who voluntarily close their account will receive their full eligible balance within the stipulated timeframe.

9Liability Limitations & Disclaimers

The grab33 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. grab33 does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations. grab33's liability is limited as follows:

• Grab33 is not liable for losses arising from internet service disruptions, hardware failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
